An initiative connecting the council’s community with digital-presence services delivered with HABBA, from websites and content to organised social channels and search visibility, with the council covering half the cost for its members.
The initiative materials describe a working package comprising a responsive website, business and marketing content, a keyword bank, search-engine optimisation and structured social-media accounts. The working model sets out an eight-stage process and a distribution of responsibilities among the parties, with direct follow-up and terms defining the scope of work.
The initiative’s materials carry the logos of both the council and HABBA; under it, the council covers 50% of the cost of building digital presence for its members, while HABBA delivers the work. The requirements and scope of any new project are discussed individually.
